The international software startup enersis is gearing up its team with Stefan Dörig starting Nov 1st as new Director Markets. The proven energy expert will contribute strategically and operationally to continue the successful growth path of the company which has specialized in Visual Energy Analytics solutions. Stefan Dörig will also strengthen the important interface to public authorities and politics.
From August 2013 to August 2017, Stefan Dörig worked as Energy Counsellor in the Mission of Switzerland to the EU in Brussels. In addition to the negotiations on an electricity agreement between Switzerland and the EU, he was also in charge of topics like e.g. security of supply, renewable energies and smart cities (European Energy Award). Before his delegation to Brussels, the 37-year-old historian and economist worked as deputy head of unit at the Federal Office of Energy SFOE and prior to that as energy economist at Swiss utility BKW AG.
